GSA IFF reporting service
Report sales and pay the Industrial Funding Fee accurately and on time, without turning it into a quarterly fire drill.
$1,250/ year Covers all four quarterly filings.
What the IFF is
Every MAS holder collects a small fee from ordering agencies, built into the price they pay, and passes it to GSA. The Industrial Funding Fee is 0.75% of schedule sales. You report your sales to GSA each quarter and remit the fee with the report. It sounds simple. In practice, it trips up companies that forget, misclassify an order, or report in the wrong period, and repeated lapses put the contract at risk.
Reporting periods
| Reporting quarter | Period covered |
|---|---|
| Quarter 1 | January 1 - March 31 |
| Quarter 2 | April 1 - June 30 |
| Quarter 3 | July 1 - September 30 |
| Quarter 4 | October 1 - December 31 |
Reports are due shortly after each quarter ends. We keep the calendar so you do not have to.
What we do for you
- Prepare the report. We work with your sales and finance contacts to gather order data and build an accurate report.
- File on time. We submit directly to GSA and watch the submission through completion.
- Confirm and document. You get written confirmation that the filing went through.
- Stay current. When GSA changes a reporting rule, we adjust and tell you what it means.
